Smallest HC. The helium compressor is what actually does the work in a cryopump system: it provides high- and low-pressure cycles to the refrigerator cold head (expander) through two metal hoses, charged with 99.9995% helium. The HC50W pairs with CR200/CR250 cryopumps for sub-5 kW total system loads.
