DV Series now available with ATEX certification
DV Series goes ATEX
The full DV Series — DV10 through DV90 — is now available in an ATEX-certified variant suitable for use in zone-rated atmospheres handling explosive gas mixtures.
What changes vs. the standard build
- ATEX-rated motor (Ex II 2G Ex db IIB T4 Gb)
- Conductive oil with anti-static additives
- Modified non-return valve with spark-arrestor mesh
- Earthing lug and continuity-tested ground path
What doesn't change
- Pumping speed and ultimate pressure are unchanged
- Footprint and connections are identical to the standard build
- No lead-time penalty vs. the standard variant
Order with the -ATEX suffix on the model code (e.g. DV40-ATEX). Datasheets are linked from each product page.
